What we'll build together

A professional, fast, SEO-optimized website hosted on modern infrastructure — fully owned by you at delivery.

What's included

Design & integration

Custom design or pixel-perfect integration of an existing mockup, responsive, animations (GSAP), WCAG AA accessibility.

Performance & SEO

Core Web Vitals 90+ (Lighthouse), SSR/SSG, sitemap, robots.txt, JSON-LD schema, OpenGraph/Twitter Cards, hreflang if multilingual.

Deployment & monitoring

Automatic CI/CD via Git, preview deployments per branch, 1-click rollback, SSL & CDN included.

White label: every account listed in this guide is created by you and remains your property. I hold nothing in my name.
02

Accounts to create (by you)

Create these accounts in your name or your company name. Then add me as a collaborator with the role shown — I only need the access I need, nothing more.

GitHubRequired

Source code hosting. Your account = you own the code. A private repo is enough for a website.

Link: github.com/signup Plan: Free My role: Collaborator (Write)
VercelRequired

Website hosting. Connected to your GitHub: every push deploys automatically. SSL, global CDN and branch previews included for free.

Link: vercel.com/signup Plan: Hobby (free) is enough for most sites My role: Member
Domain nameRequired

Your web address (e.g. yourcompany.com). Buy it in your name — it's your most valuable asset. Avoid domains bundled with hosting providers.

Recommended registrars: porkbun.com, namecheap.com, cloudflare.com Budget: $10–15/year
Google Search ConsoleRequired

Verifies your ownership with Google and tracks indexing, queries, SEO errors. Essential to exist on Google.

Link: search.google.com/search-console Plan: Free My role: Delegated user (Full)
Google Analytics 4Recommended

Measures traffic: visitors, sources, top pages, conversions. Free and industry-standard.

Link: analytics.google.com Plan: Free My role: Editor
Resend (or equivalent)Recommended if contact form

Transactional email service (contact forms, notifications). More reliable than classic SMTP: optimized deliverability.

Link: resend.com Plan: Free (3,000 emails/month) Alternatives: Brevo, Mailgun, Postmark
Google Business ProfileRecommended if local business

Google Maps / Search listing for your business. Essential for local SEO and credibility (customer reviews).

Link: business.google.com Plan: Free
CloudflareOptional (advanced)

Only useful if you want: centralized DNS with custom emails, enhanced DDoS protection, or aggressive caching. Vercel already includes CDN + SSL — Cloudflare is rarely needed for a simple site.

Who does what

Clear split so we move fast, with no blockers or misunderstandings.

What I do

  • Design & mockups (or integration of a provided design)
  • Full front-end & back-end development
  • Technical setup: DNS, domain, SSL, emails
  • GitHub ↔ Vercel wiring, CI/CD
  • Technical SEO: sitemap, robots, schema, meta, OG tags
  • GA4 / GSC / Resend installation
  • Lighthouse, responsive, accessibility testing
  • Production deployment & final checks

What you do

  • Creating the listed accounts (p. 02)
  • Purchasing the domain in your name
  • Adding me as a collaborator with the roles shown
  • Providing content: texts, logo, photos, legal notices
  • Validating key steps (design, go-live)
  • Approving Google access requests (email validation)
  • Paying third-party services (domain, Vercel Pro if needed)

Content to prepare

The more you prepare upfront, the faster we deliver. Ideally before kickoff:

Texts — homepage, about, services, contact, legal notices / privacy policy.

Media — logo (SVG if possible), HD photos, videos if needed, brand icons.

Identity — color palette, preferred fonts, examples of sites that inspire you.

SEO — target keywords, geographic areas, main competitors.

04

Delivery & white-label handover

At the end of the project, everything is in your name. Here's how the handover goes.

Final validation — full walkthrough of the live site, mobile/desktop responsive check, form and email tests.

Ownership transfer — you already own every account. I remove my collaborator access if you wish, or I keep it for maintenance (your call).

Technical documentation — a PDF listing: URLs, linked accounts, environment variables, deployment procedure, emergency contacts.

Training (30 min) — video call to show you how to edit texts yourself, check stats, manage form submissions.

Warranty — 30 days of bug fixes included after delivery for anything within the agreed scope.

Maintenance (optional) — monthly retainer if you want me to maintain the site (updates, small changes, monitoring). Otherwise it all runs autonomously.

Recurring costs on your side
