Freelance technical partner for AI agencies
Your agency has sold an AI, automation or business application project and needs delivery capacity. I join your team as a freelance developer for a defined workstream: a Next.js interface, API, n8n workflow, RAG system or AI agent. You retain the client relationship and project leadership while I deliver a testable, documented and transferable result.

When an AI agency needs freelance delivery support
This model works when a project is already sold or scoped but lacks a specific technical capability: building a dashboard, integrating an AI model, connecting APIs, making n8n reliable or taking a prototype toward production. I can join an existing project without replacing the agency's entire delivery process.
The first discussion identifies the deliverable, dependencies, approver and timeline constraints. If the project needs several disciplines continuously or broad on-call coverage, a dedicated team is more appropriate than one freelancer.
White-label or visible collaboration
The agency chooses the level of visibility that fits the contract. I can work white-label inside your tools and ceremonies, or join as an identified technical partner when the client needs direct access to the developer. Responsibilities and decision channels are written down in both cases.
I do not contact the end client outside the agreed framework or reuse their data, access or deliverables. Any public case study requires approval and removes secrets, identifiers and sensitive commercial information.
Applications, automation and AI systems
I can own a Next.js or React workstream, a Node.js or Python API, PostgreSQL or Supabase data, and the n8n workflows connecting the product to CRM, email, documents or AI services. Scope stays focused on a user outcome rather than a list of technologies.
For RAG or AI agents, we define approved sources, permissions, output contracts, uncertainty paths and actions requiring human approval. For n8n, handoff also covers failures, duplicates, retries, credentials and operating notes.
A concrete TeamIA example
The TeamIA prospecting case study shows this delivery model: a business application for campaign setup, prospect review, deduplication and message approval before any action. The interface complements n8n workflows instead of exposing operations teams to execution details.
The broader TeamIA project also presents an AI agent platform and business demos. These cases document my role and visible deliverables; they do not imply that every engagement uses the same architecture or guarantees the same outcome.
Workstream organization and acceptance criteria
A workstream starts with a short note covering the objective, users, inputs, outputs, dependencies, failure cases and definition of done. Access is limited to what is required and remains in accounts controlled by the agency or client. Decisions that change scope are confirmed in writing.
I deliver in demonstrable increments. Review covers expected behavior, permissions, important failures and the team's ability to operate the system. Code is not considered complete while essential configuration and recovery knowledge exist only in my head.
Capacity, rate and continuity
My published standard rate is EUR 350 per day or USD 400 per day, depending on contract currency. The engagement may cover a short audit, a defined workstream or reserved weekly capacity. The proposal specifies included work, third-party services, timing, deliverable ownership and maintenance terms.
Like any freelancer, my capacity is limited. Repositories, accounts, secrets and environments remain under your control to reduce dependency. Documentation, versioned exports and handoff sessions let your team or another contributor continue the work.
Freelance support or a dedicated team?
The right model depends on scope and continuity requirements.
| Need | Freelance support | Dedicated team |
|---|---|---|
| Specialist workstream | Direct delivery on a bounded scope. | Broader staffing than the work requires. |
| Several skills at once | Capacity limited to one primary contributor. | Multiple profiles can work in parallel. |
| Communication | Direct access to the person doing the work. | Coordination handled by a team lead. |
| 24/7 continuity | Not suitable without an organized backup. | Possible with planned rotation and on-call coverage. |

Communication
24/7 continuity
Freelance support fits an identifiable workstream; a dedicated team is preferable when several roles or permanent coverage are required.
Frequently asked questions
Do you work white-label for AI agencies?
Yes, when responsibilities, access, confidentiality and end-client communication are defined before work starts. I can also join as an identified technical partner.
Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. I first review the repository, architecture, environments, known issues and acceptance criteria before proposing the first workstream.
Who owns the code and accounts?
Repositories, accounts and environments remain controlled by the agency or client. Deliverable ownership and third-party licenses are specified in the contract.
Can you work only on n8n?
Yes. I can audit, repair or build n8n workflows, their APIs and operating setup without requiring a complete application project.
What is your rate for technical delivery support?
My standard rate is EUR 350 per day or USD 400 per day depending on contract currency. Budget depends on scope, dependencies and the amount of recovery work required.
How do you prevent freelancer dependency?
Code, accounts and secrets stay under your control, while delivery includes documentation, configuration, agreed tests and a handoff procedure.
What technical workstream does your agency need to deliver?
Share the expected result, existing stack, dependencies and deadline. I will reply with an initial scope and the questions that need clarification.
